Our data-based services offer full transparency on the health status of every fleet vehicle in real time - for optimised fleet availability and reliability. They also support the time and cost-optimised planning and execution of maintenance tasks.

Cloud diagnostics

With cloud-based diagnostics from Bosch, problems in the vehicle can be reliably identified and analyzed remotely and efficiently resolved. Fleet operators not only obtain a clear and comprehensible description of the diagnosed faults and the respective error codes , but also a risk and criticality assessment. Additionally, further steps are recommended, such as visiting a workshop as soon as possible.

For this purpose, diagnostic data from the vehicle is transferred to the cloud via connectivity hardware and undergoes further processing and analysis. Reported faults are allocated to the underlying vehicle system and faulty components or causes are identified. Related faults are grouped for quicker overview and better clarity. The system provides precise information to localize the cause of the fault to the smallest removable part in the vehicle.

Bosch Vehicle Health Certificate

The Bosch Vehicle Health Certificate is a quick and easy solution that assesses the status of used fleet vehicles based on software and provides a manufacturer-independent certificate – even for electric vehicles. For this purpose, using the KTS 560 or 590 diagnostic module and the ESI[tronic] Evolution diagnostic software from Bosch, the data stored in the vehicles is read out remotely from the control units, processed and consolidated in a vehicle-specific Bosch certificate.

The Bosch certificate lists the stored error codes from the vehicle system, identifies stored crashes and overdue service intervals, reveals indications for potential manipulation of the displayed mileage and documents the current battery capacity of electric cars.
